Meet Nora
Hi, I’m Nora, a passionate Pastry Chef who believes every treat tells a story. My love for baking began in my childhood kitchen, watching my mom and my grandma create magic with simple ingredients. Inspired by those moments, I have decided to pursue a career in baking and pastry. ​
My dream started with attending to the Culinary Institute of America in 2017. After graduation I continued learning from several pastry chefs. In 2021 I have decided to open my own business, 351 Cake. From a simple linzer tart to a four-tier wedding cake, every creation is crafted with care, using the best, locally sourced ingredients. Baking, for me, is about bringing people together and celebrating life’s sweetest moments. Let’s create something delicious together!
